Do you offer ready-to-install piping?
Yes, depending on customer requirements, we offer solutions that can be delivered directly to the assembly line. Soldering assemblies, cutting rings with union nuts or special fittings are available from us completely pre-assembled.
Do you work with bar stock or from coil?
We work exclusively with bar material.
Can soldered assemblies be supplied?
Yes, we can supply you with soldered piping in all materials. We use continuous soldering ovens and inductive soldering systems for our customer products.
Is it possible to provide materials for piping systems?
Yes, we are happy to work with material provided by the customer for pipes, fittings and attachments.
Which semi-finished products can be bent?
Round tubes, square tubes, solid material, profiles.
What dimensions are feasible for you?
- Round tubes with an outer diameter of 0.8 mm to 40 mm.
- Square tubes up to a dimension of 40 mm
- Solid material and profiles after consultation
Which materials can you process?
We process all common materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum and copper for you.
What data is required for bending?
Technical drawing with the bending coordinates, preferably with model data. File format: Step and Iges
